Peter **** and sons roofing replaced our roof. We called someone came out and fixed part of the problem. Called and they said his father died. He would get back to us. No one did seems no return phone calls and no response.Initial Complaint

On July 29, 2021, I was presented with, and accepted, a proposal for work on my home, by Peter Ryan and Son Roofing, Inc. I attached this proposal. The payments were to go as follows: $9,383.00 at the time of the proposal, $9,000 at half completion, $9,797.00 upon completion. The estimated timeline I was given for this work was two to three weeks. I wrote a check for the deposit of $10,000, which was cashed on August 4th. Supplies were ordered. The work started around mid October. In November, I was asked for a second payment, in check form, in the amount of $15,000 (should only have been $9,000) But, wanting the work done, I complied. The work is still not complete. I have tried and tried to reach out to the company to no avail. I get the runaround from other sub-contractors that are working with them. I still have no gutters on my home, and Im getting demands for more money from their sub-contractors to complete the work, in spite of no work being done on my home in several months. This is poor practice. Please help me.Initial Complaint

I had Peter **** and Son put a new roof plus a new rubber roof on my house in July 2021. In September I had a leak on the rubber which they did come back to repair it.. Last week (after the Nor easter) I notice another Leak On the rubber roof. I have been calling The phone number for Peter **** and son and have left messages to call me back With no response. I have found out that Peter **** has passed away And his wife and son is now taken over the business. I have a written contract saying it's 100% Guaranteed for 3 years on all Craftmanship. I would appreciate anything you can do to help me solve my problem
