I had a very unusual challenge with my mother's current medical insurance and prescription plan. Right from the moment I shared my problem, ******* was willing to help. He was quickly able to provide me with the information I needed to take the next steps. There were circumstances out of my control that prevailed and made it difficult for me to get back to him as expeditiously as I needed. He patiently waited until I was able to get him what he needed to move the situation forward. I would have been stranded without his intervention. I'm only one of many clients and I was impressed by the time he spent with me on this dilemma. His diligence and expertise generated a successful outcome. I am so pleased to recommend ******* Henderson for your insurance needs. I needed quite a bit of help and hand-holding! I never felt rushed. He devoted a lot of time to explaining the intricacies of insurance to me. He repeatedly asked if I had questions and was willing to put the time into his explanations. Probably the best and most reassuring service ******* delivers is the speed of his delivery. He responds very quickly to my emails and has put my mind at ease many times.I cant recommend ******* strongly enough for his attention to detail, **************, and his ability to deliver excellent answers to all my questions. My wife and I were referred to ******* over 2 years ago and he's guided us through our ******** Advantage plans with ease. The amount of information and plans out there can be overwhelming and he helped ** sort through it by asking and listening to what we needed and coming through with a simple and easy to read chart for ** to compare and choose . He also did much of the research for ** in regards to which plans included our doctors, hospitals. dentists and clinics we typically use.Intelligent, prompt, courteous service at no charge to ** - can't beat it! We contacted Henderson Insurance at the recommendation of a family member. ******* was knowledgeable re multiple brands and insurance situations best suited to our needs. Prior to speaking with him I was totally overwhelmed . He did all the legwork I would have been compelled to do and was incredibly responsive communicating with me. He never tried to steer me in a particular direction but listened and provided great options. We will continue to call on him and refer him to friends and family without hesitation.
