It is an unfair review. He bought a manufacturer buyback car, which was certified by ******* to be resold. It was in good condition when it left the dealership. He drives for UBER and after his warranty was completely gone, his transmission failed. He was out of ******* warranty and out of our warranty. I offered him assistance to write a letter to ******* for an extended coverage of his transmission, which is functioning but sloppy shifting. He accepted the letter and then decided to leave this bad review. It is unfair to hold our dealership responsible for *********** having an issue far outside of our warranty and their warranty. We have been in business for over 20 years and we have a long standing commitment to praying for our clients and doing our work as unto The Lord because ultimately we will be judged by someone more just and powerful than the ** so our standard is high, I helped as good as I was able. He traded in a ****** which he told us was in good shape but actually has a bad head gasket. Driving Uber and piling miles on fully loaded is not what his ******* was designed for, it is not a heavy duty machine.
