***************************** contacted me regarding an unpaid balance for my previous apartment at Edison on the Charles. They stated that I owed this balance and I paid it immediately.The next day, I visited the Edison on the Charles leasing office to verify this debt. I spoke with ***********************, who confirmed that I had already paid this amount when I moved out of the unit. This means that I inadvertently paid the same balance twice.******* requested that I forward her the email from *****************************, assuring me that she would handle the issue. However, despite numerous follow-up attempts over the past two months, there has been no resolution. ******* has not responded to my emails, and my calls to the leasing office have gone unanswered.Attempts to Resolve the Problem:I have attempted to contact *********************** and the Edison on the Charles leasing office multiple times over the past two months. Unfortunately, I have not received any responses or assistance in resolving this issue.Resolution Sought:I am seeking a refund for the duplicate payment. I request that either ***************************** refund the payment or that the Edison on the Charles leasing office ensure I am reimbursed for the amount I overpaid.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.Business response

If you would like us to investigate further on the duplicate payment, please provide us the details of dates and amounts so we can research further on our end. We can see you paid ***************************** directly but we are happy to investigate further on our end if you can send over the duplicate payments to ********************************************************
