Sobi manufactures a drug called Synagis. They also run a copay assistance program due to the high costs. They market their copay assistance online and it was recommended by the hospital staff. They are wholly disorganized and keep claiming they need something that was already sent to them. Their denials keep citing information they already have. I never get a straight answer when I call. Now I am being told they will not assist because they do not like the way the health provider billed the procedure and how my insurance paid for it. Again, this is for my son, ************************* (DOB 8/22/2021). This has been going on for months and I feel like they never were intending to pay just wasting my time. The issue is they only assist with the cost of the drug, but the hospital billed it as a bundled procedure and my insurance processed it as a bundled procedure. The hospital will not change their billing practice for me to get assistance and the health insurance says the *** I have is all they can provide. They each tell me to contact the other for what exactly was considered for the drug. They claim their is an appeal going, but they could have done this months ago.Customer response
