I had a May 21st appointment with stylist ******** from this page. On May 20th, she installed the bundles I provided at her house. I gave her $175 because the installation was $120 + $15 for styling, and she charged me a $40 customization fee despite not dyeing them on time. I delivered the bundles to her house as requested, and she quickly dyed them in front of me, The following day, I had another appointment scheduled with her for styling and makeup. I arrived on time, but she didn't answer the door, calls, or messages. I waited for an hour, as these appointments were for my graduation on Sunday. Eventually, I left, and three hours later she contacted me with a poor excuse and only refunded $16. My friends and family had to fix my hair and makeup. Moreover, during the bundle installation appointment on Saturday, she started late due to walking her dog. She burnt my forehead with a hot comb. I have never experienced this in all my years of getting sew-ins. She stated she blames clients for getting burned for moving too much. I had to take graduation pictures with a burn on my forehead. Although she claimed money was not an issue and she was busy due to her birthday weekend, she chose to take appointments during that time. She refused to give me a further refund, stating it was unfair to her business. I believe I deserve a larger refund for this experience. Nonetheless, I want to share this story to prevent others in the community from experiencing the same.Customer response
