August 19, 2022 I wrote the ************************** because I no longer wanted to participate in the Contingent annuity plan where I am currently sharing half of my pension with my husband in case of my death. They sent me a form, my husband signed it, we notarized it and sent it back. October 11, 2022 Raytheon Technologies who has merge with ******************************* known as UTC wrote me back and said, "No additional action is required on my part. After no action was done to my pension, I called Raytheon Technologies at *********** on 10/10/2022. I talk to ******* at 9:52am who transferred me to Lucky at 9:59am, who transfer me to ***** at 10:05am who transfer me to the United Technologies Pension side of Raytheon Technologies to ***. *** said, I could not change my Pension from sharing half of my pension with my husband. I ask him, why did the company send me a form to have it notarized, if I could not change it. Why the company just did no tell me that. *** informed me that no such form was in my file. Now I believe if something do happen do me, Raytheon will pull that form up and my husband will not get anything. I want to get this straighten out. Now, while I can. I did rather get my whole pension that I am entitle to, or at the least no that my husband can get my pension. Raytheon is no being honest. I don't know if that company a member of the BBB. Can you help me or point me what I need to do? The company laid of in 2014. I worked there on and off from ****. They laid off a lot. I get $164.00 monthly. I would have came out better taking the other half of the $164.00 and took out a life Insurance policy. This is a rip-off and when I realized it. I just ask for my entire pension. Now, I don't trust them to do right by my pension, with that form somewhere in there possession. Thank-you.

I have had very bad Covid-19. I have been in the hospital. I do not know why my hospitalization insurance with Raytheon was discontinued. I had signed up for Raytheon to take the payment out of my checking account each month. Raytheon sent a **** for $100.00. The person taking care of my finances paid the ****. I need by hospitalization. What do I do?

On 11/18/2021, I attempted to enroll into Raytheon retiree benefits. I set up my password. When I tried to get back in after logging out my password did not work. Before the new enrollment system, I could call to reset my password. Now a temporarily password is sent via Postal Hardcopy mail, and my benefits access is disabled for 3 to 5 days. This directly interferes with access to medical benefits, and is a step back from the expected performance. To treat retirees this way, by removing services is unacceptable, and appears to be age related discrimination and interfering with medical benefits access. They may be trying to stop us from getting benefits during the enrollment window. This choice, to remove functions, is not congruent with the stellar performance of the Raytheon Technologies Company.
