They did terrible work even the manufacturer of the materials used agreed it was installed improperly, dont stand behind their work and **** is full of **** don't let him scam you too

Unfortunately the customer's commercial tenant put penetrations all through the flat roof AFTER ***************** installed the roof back on 2018 (AC Units, pipes, and electrical work)). The roof was inspected by the City of Cambridge when it was completed by *****************; all the damage was caused by others after we completed the job and had it inspected. The manufacturer issues the customer mentions were all done by the tenant or whoever worked on the roof after ************* completed their work, not by *************. As we told the customer, she needs to recoup any costs from her tenant or whoever installed the patches that damaged ***************** work.

I wouldn't recommend the contractor for window installation. In Feb 2015 the contractor installed for me a new window, sliding door for the balcony as well as a screen door . In April 2016 I sent my first email to them regarding leakage. In May 2016 they replied saying that I need to talk to Harvey (window manufacturer) so I contacted Harvey who sent someone to check it and said: "we will talk to EM Snow" After sending several emails, finally in June 2016 the contractor said : you are on the top floor and you need to check if the leakage is from the roof. (it is worth mentioning that old windows never had leakage, I just wanted new windows to reduce the noise) So I contacted the Property management regarding the roof. They confirmed that the issue is not from the ceiling. I went back to the contractor and on 10/5/2016 they finally sent someone to check it and the employee said : “there is no way the leakage I have is caused by the window installation “ To avoid further damage I decided to hire another contractor who said: “The widow is not squared properly. When it's closed it shows uneven slight gaps between the top and bottom widow edges on right and left. Outside caulking is poorly done. An angle strip on the window's bottom part on the outside brick wall was installed incorrectly." Emailed E.M. Snow several times, no response, finally in March 2017 they said again: " we will talk to Harvey". Harvey came, checked the window again and sent a report to E.M. Snow. To cut the story short, E.M. Snow finally came in May 2017 & reinstalled the window. I should also mention that when they installed the balcony screen door that it was not aligned well and I would get big insects inside. So they came and fixed it however until now I still get insects. The reason I am writing the review now is that few months ago I noticed staining and paint bubbling in the same areas around the window as in 2016 (wish I can attach photos from 2016 & 2021). It seems when they reinstalled the window it just slowed the leakage but it never stopped it completely. Sure I emailed them again asking them to send someone to look at it, but to my surprise they said: "It is just a maintenance issue !!" Here I am now trying to find another contractor to reinstall the window, repaint around it and fix the balcony screen door. The other MAIN concern I have is very high possibility of having mold inside the wall as I can see it/smell it. Finally I heard that other neighbors in my complex who used the same contractor do have leakage issues as well, so I would not recommend them for window installation.

The leak complaint was filed 2 years after we installed the unit owner windows and door. Unfortunately after our investigation, we determined the leak was caused by exterior gaps in the brick and the pointing in the brick that developed since the products were installed in her unit. Exterior building maintenance is the responsibility of the condominium association, not *************. We welcome any customer to call us if thgey have any warranty claim to call us. The last recorded complaint from the same condominium complex other than this owner was 4 years ago in 2017 and resolved with that homeowner to their satisfaction.
