      After a service at Perfection Auto, the only mechanics Ive used on this car, I discovered my vehicle's splash plate and underbody protective plates were missing. These components are crucial for protecting the engine and other vital parts from debris and water damage. When I brought this issue to the attention of the owner's partners, they claimed that it looked like there had never been any splash plates on the vehicle. This response was both frustrating and dishonest, as I had purchased the car with these components installed. Their denial raises serious concerns about the business's integrity and willingness to take responsibility for their work.I alerted them about the missing parts: **** Pentas partners on Thursday, July 25, 2024.

      Customer vehicle is a 2013 Chev Sonic. This vehicle does get serviced here multiple times a year.  Our Service technicians did advise here that the Factory Splash ******* are attached from what we can *****.A good part of the time these factory ******* can get ripped off over the northeast winter months.  If the customer would like them replaced, we are very happy to give a Quote and we are happy to order.  Customer Satisfaction is what we try for each of our valued customers.

      I was towed by Perfection as a result of an accident on the *********. They gave me a **** with a total price of $650 for the tow and assistance from a second medium duty vehicle. They then told me they estimated my cars value to be $648 and suggested I sign the vehicle over to them in order to cover the towing costs. Through ****** I was made aware of "state maximum towing rates" and called into Perfection for clarification- the office lady rudely told me I was given a break and lucky I wasn't charged upwards of two thousand dollars. After state police towing compliance intervention I was provided with an amended **** for HALF OF THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT. I am curious as to why the original **** was double the legal amount. I am also curious as to why an employee would willingly misinform a customer. PLEASE NOTE THE ****** OUT AND EDITED AMOUNT UNDER "Winching" !!!

      Perfection Towing received a call from MA ************ at 4pm to tow customers vehicle at J-Ramp for a vehicle on the guardrail. We Perfection Towing were instructed to bring the Rotator by the MA ************.


      When Perfection Towing arrived on site, they determined the job could be done without the use of the more expensive Rotator and only needed a medium duty. This was far less expensive for the customer. This price was appropriate under regulations. We also dropped the regular $225 for (2hours) Winch fee to $108.00 to help the customer. We could not have done this with a standard wrecker without further damage to the vehicle. This was why we originally would have charged the medium duty fee.
