I contacted them to replace a main breaker for a condo unit that is right across the street from them. They said will be there tomorrow, Friday morning - they never showed up. I called on Monday and suddenly they didnt have anything available until 10 days out. When the technician came, he looked at the job and said its $1600, which seemed outrageous. When they sent me the formal quote, it stated 100% must be paid upfront, and that is totally outrageous, not even sure its legal to do that. They said the part I needed was three weeks out. I found someone else who purchased the breaker that same day and is doing the job for considerably less. On different sites, they have very good reviews, but theyre all probably from them and their friends.Review from Patricia N

I requested a quote for some electrical worked needed in 2 apartments. The tech that came out was very nice b ut the whole time he was there I felt like he was digging for more work, even going so far as to push their select club to get better service and discounts. All of this gave me a weird feeling but it was when I asked about how much of a deposit they require.I was told this was a small one to two day job so Payment in full was expected to book the job.State law is 1/3 down. They wanted the full $3900 up front.No Way. Red Flags every where.Review from John P

This company is terrible. We moved into a new condo and this was the company that the developer used for sprinkler alarm service (presumably because they had some relationship or gave him a good installation price). Over 3 years of service I was never able to get someone on the phone to answer questions. Finally, after a significant billing mistake where they claimed we had not paid our annual **** from 2 years ago even though we had, I managed to speak with someone. She was a college student who for her summer internship was handling all of Markarians billing and could barely use the software (not her fault). At that point I told her we would be canceling our account with them and a week or two later I finally got a call back from the owner trying to convince us to stay. After that call, despite his promises I have not been able to reach him again and we have not been refunded the $500 we are owed for prepaid service. On top of all that, I just received a **** from them saying we owe $1400 for this coming year, despite the fact that we cancelled our service and removed the boxes months ago. DO NOT USE THEM!
