    I had a subscription and ended up not using their product. I tried to cancel a box in **** 2022 and was told I couldn't, but they could "hold" the order for a month. Fine, I let it go. I immediately, in **** 2022, went into my account page and clicked the "cancel my subscription button". Now on 10/2/2022 I get an email that I have a box processed. I immediately emailed the company, explained this, and was told there's "no guarantee" they can refund and cancel the order because it was processed. I was also told finding my box is like "finding a needle in a haystack" which makes no sense since they could find my box in **** to delay shipping it for a month. As of today, 10/5/2022, the box hasn't even shipped yet. I've requested multiple times that the do not ship the box and refund the account which they refuse to do even though nothing has shipped. I had also went back into my account the day I received the notification about the order processing, tried to cancel AGAIN and apparently the cancellation button does NOTHING. They had to manually cancel it. All I'm asking is they not ship this box and refund the purchase. I do not want their product, had previously cancelled my account in ****, and feel the company is lying regarding not being able to find my box to cancel since they could find it to hold it for a month. At this point, this is a fraudulent charge and I have also filed a dispute with my bank.

    REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE DOCTORED! AS A CUSTOMER, I COULD NOT EVEN WRITE ONE!!! Wrote to their customer service about it and they had NO explanation. Simply said, they put in a request to the tech team and that their website was being "changed".After having this service over a year, I never realized the customer service was TERRIBEL. Why? Ive never really needed to contact customer service until the other day. Told them months ago I was unhappy with the service and wanted to cancel. They have so few flavors/options and we were sick of em. This service is expensive too, mind you. Never realized that request would be treated as optional. Found out a few days ago another box was being pushed through after receiving nothing for months and called right away to cancel. Lady on the phone told me she could do NOTHING about it because the ONE person who handles things like this was in the hospital. She said, even if I was to return it they'd keep my money! I insisted she speak with the manager.. Next day I get an email saying, surprise, were keeping your money and your stuck with product you dont want. They COULD CARE LESS about their customers and Im just sorry I didnt find out sooner and didnt make the mistake of ordering a single box. Just kills me.. the one time I asked for customer service in a year, they did absolutely NOTHING. No effort to make it right whatsoever.. basically s**** you. Straight up LIED saying the box was already sent. I checked and it wasnt. That was further confirmed by the fact I didnt get an email from them saying it was otw until a solid DAY after calling in!! PURE GREED! This company will not survive. Did a little research for others buyers experience following mine.. the majority details a very similar experience with some flat out saying this company charged without their consent!!!
