Got my hair done for the first time in November. Agreed for highlights, which were done with foil and the hairdresser said it was the first time she ever did it on hair as short as mine (so it was an experiment). Blonde highlights on hair as short as mine and used only a bit of product. Afterwards, she blow dried and passed a drop of oil. I was charged an outrageous amount $300. Most people didn't see the results of my highlights, including myself. I called several times requesting either an additional highlight job to get a look I was satisfied with but was told I would have to pay. I then called for a refund but never received a call back from the owner. This place is run more by looks and aesthetic than customer service. They appropriate black culture, even though it's all white women working there and the owner is a white woman that is black fishing. I would like a refund.Initial Complaint

July 2nd 2021 I got my hair done at behinde the hair it was my first time I am also a hairdresser myself my hair is bleach blonde with ***** roots and I needed just my roots done blonde so I asked them to give me a blonde specialist they gave me ******************* for a hairstylist never told me price then when I got there she told me it costs $250 to get my hair done wich is way too much and she had no idea what she was doing I told her what to mix to help her wich is red flag and she still ruined my hair so I told her to then try fixing it because I cant leave like that and pay all that money so she said she didnt want to she told me to stop going blonde or buy a wig then she had the washer girl fix it and told me its considered a color correction and it will be $300, but she made the mistake the first time so I shouldnt be charged more for that or charged at all!! Then after a second time it was even worse and I left with soaking wet orange and yellow hair broken and friedBusiness response

****** came in with extremely damaged hair, which you can clearly see in the photos SHE herself uploaded. We told her the exact process and price of the treatment. We also told her upfront that her hair was very damaged and she wouldnt be able to achieve what she wanted in this single session. She gave us permission to proceed. She also signed a new client waiver stating agreement. ****** also came in on drugs and we told her not to come back for that reason. We gave her $115 refund to make her happy which was over the top for us to do.
please let me know how to proceed.
