I signed up for laser hair removal in late 2020 that lastest for about a year. I was initially told 8 sessions would remove all my hair. I paid about ***** for this treatment. I was on my fourth or fifth visit when I was told the girl who had lasered me the visits prior, wasnt effectively or correctly lasering me. She did not **** me with a pencil, she did not cover my tattoos all the time, and she did not have the right settings on. She was also lasering my bikini area wrong. When I mentioned this to one of the different girls lasering me, nothing was done about it. I was told the employee was pregnant, and was probably tired. One of my sessions with her was so fast and ineffective, and I remember her telling me she was so tired and I was her last client before she got to go home. I remember being so irritated. On my seventh visit, I was asked to buy more sessions, and I declined because I was told my original package would be all Id need. Now they were telling me I may need 8 more. For my 8th visit, they rescheduled me, and I just never went back. I am currently shaving every other day like I had always done. I sent two emails to this location for the Manager to personally reach out to me, and nothing has been done on my behalf. I am friends with someone who has done laser treatment in her past job, and she told me I should have been done by visit 6, and that my skin tone/hair color is the PERFECT candidate for laser treatment. The girl who saw me the first few times was obviously lazy, or not trained correctly, and was obviously not using the correct settings on me. I really would like this resolved. I have looked forward to laser hair removal treatment for so long, and Id like have this matter resolved.
