      On June 19, 2021 , Alactronics received a piece of audio gear I sent them for repair. Since that time the owner has said the unit was repaired and only needed him to do a "final inspection". It has been over 6 months and the unit has not been returned after numerous communications with ***************** about his intent to do so, "as soon as he can", which has has been the excuse over and over and over since then. He has ceased communication with me since November 29th 2021.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. And the last communication that I received from them at all was on Nov.29th 2021.

      It has now been 7 months since they 1st received the piece of audio equipment.

      I shipped three pieces of pro audio equipment to Alactronics **** for repair. They are (2) Urei LA4 compressors and one Moog MKPE parametric equalizer. Total current value of this equipment is approximately $3,000. We had corresponded via email, and they agreed to service these units and return them to me within a few weeks. They confirmed that they were received on January 27, 2020. Over the next few months, more emails were exchanged as well as a phone conversation with the owner, *****************. He told me the LA4s were finished and the Moog EQ just needed a little more work. That was on June 18, 2020. I followed up with more email inquiries over the next few months, and on December 23, 2020, *** responded to say that he would ship them back to me after the New Year (2021). He has not responded to my emails or phone messages since. I was finally able to speak with someone at their office earlier this year. I explained the situation and they promised to look into it and call me back, but no one ever called. I have made countless calls to their office and sent further emails in an attempt to reach anyone there who may be able to help. It will soon be two years since they received my equipment. These are fairly rare, vintage units and have great importance to me beyond their monetary value. All I want is to pay Alactronics **** what is owed and get back what belongs to me. I have even offered to drive the several hours from ** pick them up in person so they do not have to bother shipping them. I don't know what else to do at this point.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have been calling them daily, but no one answers the phone. I have also emailed them and sent a message on ********* Again, no response of any kind.
