I purchased a single container of Chill6 product which was delivered to my home on May 31, 2022. I consumed said product and had an adverse reaction with vomiting. I reached out to Chill6, was advised on how I could return within 30 days and receive a refund, and initiated the return which was delivered to the company on 06/15/2022 as confirmed by **** tracking. The company states that once the return has been received, they will send a email confirming they've received the product and issue a refund. I attempted several times to reach out to the company via the Contact Us link on their website as I didnt receive an email confirmation and did not receive a response. I even emailed directly and resorted to submitting a PayPal refund request. Once the PayPal claim was filed, I received an email response from the company berating me for reaching out to Paypal and stated that because I contacted PayPal, the company would withhold my refund for 3 months to teach me a ******* This timeline is unacceptable and I would like my money back as promised by them immediately. Their product made me sick. I followed their guidelines regarding returns and they are now unwilling to cooperate and extended the time I'll receive my refund as a means to be spiteful. I have an entire email chain going back and forth with the rep being extremely unprofessional and hurling insults at me. I've now been going back and forth with them to no avail. Again, I just want my money back that they guaranteed I would receive if returned within their specified time frame. I did everything I needed to do.
