      Date of transaction: 9/28/2022 Our debit card was charged $220 for an unknown charge. My son thought he may have bought two packs of cigarettes for $22 on that day. We thought it was just an error in processing the debit card and a 0 was added, making it an overcharge of $178. However, when speaking to the owner on 11/16, I was told it was for an estimate on a car repair he had given (which was long before 9/28, a week or more). My son had left the car there while waiting for a price as the part had to be ordered from the dealer. I had said no to the estimate because the price was exorbitant and took the vehicle to another shop a few feet down from his station where the work was completed on 10/3; and it also took two weeks prior to even get the part. On 11/16 I asked for the invoice and he claimed he could write one (while waving his hands around). He was agitated and I left without any paperwork. I had reported this overcharge to my bank on 10/19 when it was discovered. It took several weeks but they could not help because the owner said it was approved and we had no receipt. Receipt for what? The owner would not admit to the overcharge and nothing was ever confirmed for paying for an estimate for repair. Besides, I have never paid for an estimate for car repair in my life. This man took advantage of being handed a debit card and entering whatever amount he chose, without ever giving a receipt. We never had any work done or purchased anything over the $22. We were then overcharged $178. This is the most dishonest transaction and scam a company can do but feel our hands are tied right now.

      Good Morning 
      In mid September mr ************************* left his truck at my shop asked me to check the truck making humming noise, I checked it it was the rear wheel bearing, I gave him a price for part and labor he gave me the okay 
      My mechanic took it a part tried to replace the wheel bearing it was seized to the axle shaft. So we gave the update to ***************** the truck needs axle shaft and bearing and I told him the new price.
      He told to wait he wants to ask his mother for money 
      I told him to let me know as soon as possible because the truck on the lift and it's already a part.
      I waited for three days and I didn't hear from him 
      I called him he asked me if he can get the parts himself 
      I said okay but I'm going to put the parts back together on the truck and when you get the parts I will do the repair.
      After one week ***************** showed up at the station he wants to pick up his truck he said his mother want to take the truck to her mechanic 
      I told him it's 
      fine but you owe me  two hours with the labor for my time and my mechanic time witch is $220 He said okay I understand, he was in the hurry I asked to make him a receipt on the computer 
      He said it's okay I know what it's for and I have the debit card receipt.
      And when his mother asked about the charge I explained to her and she said now I got the correct story.
      And yes I told her if she want a receipt for her records she said no.
