Ordered materials from site. Shipping company merchant used refused to deliver to my home. I paid to have delivered and I live on a maintained, paved rd. Deliveries occur there constantly. Contacted shipper and they refused to help. Owner then called me and said he would like to help but he was headed out on vacation the next day. I offered to pick up 3 hrs from my home at shipping terminal, all I asked was that shipping be reimbursed as I was having to take time and money to go get. He offered a few meaningless options all of which were hinges on him leaving and me waiting a week for him to return them waiting for them to ship to me at their leisure. Would like materials delivered or my money returned in full for breach of sale.Business response

Unfortunately, the events as detailed by **************** do not concur with us as a company nor with the shipping company, T-Force who bought out *** Trucking.
**************** purchased our material to be shipped to his residence in ******, ******** from our facility in **** ********, *************. and never let us know that he in fact already had issues with T-Force and this destination. After the material arrived at the terminal - we were alerted that T-Force would not send a truck to his residence because it was too dangerous for the driver. We spoke to T-Force and they told us **************** was extremely rude and hung up on them - to such a point that the woman with whom he was speaking was shaking after the conversation. We then called **************** and gave him to two viable options. The first was for him to pick up his material at the terminal and we would remove the residence, lift gate and appointment charge. The second option we told to him on the phone was we would ask ***** ***** - the third party logistics company that we use - to find a smaller truck that would then deliver to his residence. After fifteen minutes of this conversation with ensuing rudeness, calling these events a "**** show", threats of a charge back on his credit card, and threats of complaints - he still would not give us an answer to either option one or two. It is our understanding he wanted to be fully reimbursed for the entire freight cost plus find his own means to get the material - which was not acceptable for his material already crossed the country and arrived to be delivered to his residence. From there - knowing he was threatening and rude to us and threatening and rude to the employee at T-Force - we decided to terminate our relationship with **************** for he was not reasonable. We fully reimbursed him on materials and shipping costs and at our cost - we shipped the material back into our warehouse across ***************** to our facility in *************.
