      I purchased a vehicle from Parkway Honda the last week of December 2023 when i made my purchase I provided everything they requested. One week before my payment was due i get a phone call from the dealership requesting proof of address threatening to cancel my loan if I dont provide documentation requested. I provided a drivers license paystub all with matching address. On 1/22/2024 i get a phone call from **** finance manager letting me know i did not provide proof of address and my car needed to be picked up because the bank had cancelled the loan with was not true because i called the bank said Parkway Honda cancelled on their end. I gave them a trade in which was already sold if i gave the car back in would not have a car to get to work. When i drove to the dealership to find out what was going on i was told if i wanted to keep my car i had to rebuy it. I ended up rebuying my car and they requested another $1000 on top of the trade in i gave them which they sold for $12,000 only offer me $6000 in total i gave them $8000. They place is very sneaky they dont care about customers service. **** finance manager was very unprofessional.

      End of June went to Parkway Honda to look at a Accord that was on the website. ***** stated that the car was at their other lot in ******** and they could transfer it to this location and it would take a couple of days. Deposit of $500 was put on the car. Car did not show up for almost 2 weeks and never received any updates had to repeated ask where the car was. When the car arrived we looked at it and agreed to buy it. Credit was ran twice by Honda, a few times by other loan companies times on July 11 and "approved" by Capitol one. Was told by finance that we would make our first payment on September 25 and receive information in the mail. It is now September 23 and I had to call Capitol one to find out they just approved the loan yesterday after they ran my credit. They are not sure about anything on July 11 and the payment is not due until October. The original finance person is no longer at the company and whoever else in finance will not assist me. On top of this we have called the dealership multiple times between that week of July 11 for not getting plates for over a week and the sales guy (*****) losing the keys to the car that he still has not found and Honda refuses to give us a new set of keys besides the one spare they made. We bought this car with two keys. Honda will not answer any phone calls. Will not give any information. All voicemail boxes are full. Management is unprofessional and all employees are incompetent of providing proper customer service. Also, when you are telling someone their car will be ready in a day the sales person should not disappear to ****** and management be confused on what is going on. Have proper coverage and communication. *** did a great job picking up *****'s mess. However, would like the set of ******************* lost and reasoning on why my credit was ran again on August 22 and just approved yet we have had the car for a month.

      Im from ** and I went to buy a car there and they never told me I was not going to be able to bring the car with me the same day until I gave my down payment. I asked the sales person and he said yes I was going to get a temporary plate and then after I signed the contract and paid down payment he said no I cant take it with me. He also told me and the lady in charge of the registration told me it was going to take just few days and now it has been more than a month waiting for the registration and I still cant get an answer from them when I can bring it or will be ready.

      There was a document that was improperly filled out when the customer came to purchase the vehicle. The customer lives out of state making it difficult to get the document corrected. We had to make arrangements for the customer to come back in to re-sign said document. This situation is now resolved.

      On June 7th went to this dealership and put a $500 deposit on a car. They withdrew from my account on June 8. On June 13 I spent over an hour on the phone trying to speak to a manager, this business gives you the runaround and tries to say no managers are even working. Finally spoke to *******. ******* assured me 24 to 48 hours I would get my refund and as of June 20 I have yet to receive it. The problem is you cant call the business and speak to manager unless you wanna play games for an hour on the phone. I do not think this is a reputable business and their practices are not Ginuwine and customer friendly. I am actually looking into possibly small claims court or something.

      On June 7th the customer placed a deposit on a vehicle they were going to potentially purchase. The customer changed their mind. The customer was refunded on June 21st. Attached is the confirmation.
