I have dropped out the course during second "semester" on October 4th of 2022 and I am owed a refund. In the passed few months I have sent emails with only replies from the admission staff and not the finance office itself, I have called and texted them with no reply, except one on December 13th of 2022. They stated they processed the refund to the state and I am getting a refund from the school a total of 1,7630 and some change. I requested this to be in writing and to be sent to me in the mail. This has not been completed. I have yet to see anything from their part. .It is now January, I have sent a text twice and no reply on the weeks of January9th- January 18th. I went through my FAFSA and I contacted them to verify my drop process. This has not been completed and there is nothing more they can do since the responsibility is on the school. I am getting frustrated. I just what I'm owed and I want the drop to be completed while everything is to be in WRITING. If this does not get resolved, I am going to file a lawsuit for the complete refund of the tuition which is total of ****** dollars. I have paid ***** out of pocket including getting financial help from FAFSA. I was very patient but this has gone long enough.Business response
