I AM REPORTING MY DIFFICULTIES RESOLVING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WITH DIAMOND HEAD USA THAT IS A POSSIBLE DEFECT IN THEIR MANUFACTURE. EARLIER THIS YEAR I PURCHASED A 9 MM TRANSPORTER/TAKEDOWN AR PISTOL MANUFACTURED BY DIAMONDHEAD TACTICAL/ DIAMONDHEAD USA. 622 Union St. West Springfield, MA 01089. THE COST WAS @ $1900.00 I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO DIAMOND HEAD USA AND SENT MULTIPLE E MAILS TRYING TO REACH THE COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED 413-739-6970 AND EMAILED https://www.diamondhead-usa.com THE COMPANY WITH NO RESPONSE. THANK YOUInitial Complaint

I purchased one of Diamondhead's products and it was defective. I sent it back to them and they offered to refund my money. It has been over two months and now they have stopped responding to emails and phone messages. The amount in question is approximately $2,000.00.
