RA Sanding floors LLC was hired to do sanding and coating new floors after installation in our new house. We signed contract agreement for this work on October 30th, 2022 in the amount of $7,000. The contract stated that the contractor will get paid a $6,500 after the floors are sanded and 2 first coats of sealer are applied . This was paid to him in November, 2022. The last $500 per contract agreement was to be paid to him after the final sanding of the floors are complete and final 3 rd sealer coat is applied. I have been texting and calling SA Sanding floors since August, 2023 to set up the date and time for him to come back and finish the work, but he is not responding to my texts nor phone calls to this very day . I need to get this finish asap as I need to obtain a certificate of occupancy by November 2023. I am looking for SA to come back and finish the work as per signed contractBusiness response

As I mentioned she is a very hard costumer to work with. Extremely picky. She is expecting me to do things that don’t really exists. She also has threatened me. I completed all the work that needed to be done.Customer response

As we both know, you never came back to do the final sanding and coating of the floors. Knowingly and intentionally lying is an offense in the court of law. We have a contract for the work to be completed, and when I called and texted you to set up the date to do the final sanding and coating of the floors, you never responded to my phone calls or texts. You never came back to finish the work! Are you saying that you did? Please respond to it as we both know this is a lie. It is your brother ******** who threatened me back in March, 2023 and said if I seek legal action against him, he will make sure that you will not come back to finish the floors! I do have documentation of that. Please do not lie anymore and come to do the final sanding and coating on the floors.
