Whatever you do, stay away from this man! He jacked up his price at the very last minute, even though he had provided me a written invoice. He then threatened to rip out the cabinets if I did not pay THAT DAY, even though I had not had a chance to see the finished product, since it is a rental property. He is unprofessional and a bully, and I did not feel safe at all having him know where I live. The quality of the work does not matter. He is not licensed and should not ever be, considering how unprofessional he is. Can I leave less than 1 star?

When it came time to sign the contract and except the initial payment, you asked me to meet you at the 99 restaurant around 10:30 AM and I arrange my schedule to meet you there, while you were drinking wine and I was drinking water we discussed the contract in full Signing areas that mention the total the area that mentions possible extra cost because of the water damage unforeseen behind the wall. You issued me the first payment and as you handed it to me, you mentioned to me that you might not have the full last payment if I could , wait for the remainder of it, I mentioned to you that I do not work in that way all payments were to be made on time in full or the work would cease. It came time for the second payment, and there was some back-and-forth from you on whether you were going to be able to issue that payment or not, after pushing back on the phone with you, you told me to come pick it up, then fast-forward to the last payment I started to get the same feedback from you until I pushed back again then you told me to come pick it up. And all I did was tell you that This didnt have to go that way that the insurance company paid you , however you told me you spent some of the money thats why you didnt have the payments when needed, but I say to you, **** this is a business. I cannot wait for hope or wonder if my customer is going to pay me or not so when payment is not issued the work must not continue however you did pay after struggling with you so the job shouldve been finished and our conversation should be over, but because there is a lack of humility, we are now on the BBB site with another customer that doesnt wanna pay and when I push back, this is what happens. Over and over and over again. to anybody that reads this you cant hire somebody and then not want to pay them. It just doesnt work that way unfortunately if you hire somebody for services, make sure you have the money or else dont hire them. We all want things we cant have, but we should also want to hold up to our name and not being embarrassed when we cant afford the services we hired and when we state that we cannot afford payments and get pushed back. Dont get embarrassed and try and jump on social media and somebody its unfair and unprofessional, I did an amazing job for you Because you spent the money youre mad at me?
