      I purchased a Utica PEG 112 steam gas boiler from *****************************************************. This purchase was done through Rich ***** , owner of ASLAP Air who has an account with them. The total price was $2,924.77. for the boiler plus materials for installation. Date of invoice is 1/7/2021. It was installed shortly after purchase. He provided a written warranty for "all workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year and factory 5 years." He verbally told me he would add a detergent to the system to clean out contaminants upon installation which he did complete , one more time at end of heating year and then one more time at beginning of heating season this year which he failed to do. Also as a professional he should have advised me to bleed out the old system in place which is piping leading to radiators before installing the new boiler system. Prevent contaminants from moving into boiler through gravity. I was told this by another HVAC professional. I have had numerous problems since. the installation. One of the problems encountered was the filling of the boiler with water. After numerous requests to fix this problem over 3 months later on 4/16/21 he had me purchase an automatic water feed a Hydrolevel 45026 VXT WTR FEED for the amount of $279.30. this was also purchased through ****************** where ***** has account. He stated he left the old water feed in because he wanted to save me money. The new water feed has not worked since installation in April 2021. I have made several requests to repair this problem. I have received responses such as give him a break it is air conditioning season and he is busy or I am ignored and even scheduled appointment and was a no call no show. At present the site glass appears to be completely full with water which it shouldn't be and the boiler is not working. I am very cold in the house. I notified him of this problem about a week ago and he has chosen to ignore me. This is a breach of contract.
