NEscor is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I started the relationship with a salesperson Shad, Through the process the production team did such a poor job he texted me he was "pissed" with some additional colorful language. He was later told by owner, Bob T not to speak to me. They damaged my driveways over 2 1/2 month ago. They still have not rectified; they say they contacted their insurance company 9/1. I have found out from their insurance carrier they did not notify them 9/1. They left my yards a mess. So many nails. I was able to fill 1/4 of a coffee can with nails before I gave up and made them come back to clean. I did 4 locations with them all at once. The last location was littered with nails. They wouldn't come back to clean. They also tried to rip me off and not install ridge vents in 3 properties. They came back and fixed 2, cut in the vents. Teh third I caught the day before they covered the ridge and forced them to be put in. The did not use the underlayment we contracted to be used. They forced final payment on 3 projects prior to them being complete. 7 weeks after a roof was done the metal shingles lifted as they aren't clicked together. They came and SCREWED RIGHT THROUGH THE TOP... It is awful. They outsource the jobs, do not provide oversight, lie, blame each other and do nothing to remedy issues.Review from Elaine D

I had a sliding door installed 2 years ago. There was water linking into my living room about a year ago. The door was caulked three times over a few months but more water started leaking again. I had two different repairmen look at the door in order to find a better solution. After 4 cancelled appointments over 3 months the issue still remains. II have been extremely disappointed with customer service. Today I called about the latest appointment and was told that the repairman never got the order and that the person arranging the appointments was fired. I now have a fifth appointment in 2 weeks. No one calls to tell you the day before that they are coming so you wait and hope that someone shows up. This company has some major issues with service and I would stay away from them.Review from sue j

i need a new roof and contacted Nescor, who had representatives in the ******************** at the Big E. Their representative came to give me an estimate. i have a small 5 room "cottage" in a modest neighborhood in ***********. After surveying my property, he cam back and told me the cost of a new roof would be $79,356!!! However, with a senior discount and the Big E discount he could bring that down to $55,882. He was at my home for about 90 minutes and left me NO paperwork. I have contacted the company three times asking for that estimate to be sent to me in writing i contacted them by text and by email. i phoned today and was told it was not their policy to provide this information in writing.'i have another estimate from a licensed roofing company (which WAS provided to me in writing) for $18,000.Review from Monique H

Installation process of metal roof and new windows was very efficient. Very pleased with metal shingle roof and gutters. I have been calling and waiting almost two years for second window replacement. Customer service is extremely poor.Review from Margaret M

If you want to spend big money for a roof that continues to leak, then NESCOR is for you. If you want to have horrible customer service when calling for the leak repairs, then NESCOR is for you. In December of 2016 NESCOR installed our new metal roof. Now in 2022 it is still leaking. Their solutions have been to CAULK and TARP nearly three quarters of the roof. Therefore if it isn't actively leaking every day there isn't a need to repair or replace the roof because of a bad install.We have called them MULTIPLE times to FIX the roof. Every time we call the person we need to talk to is always away from their desk or they have to talk to someone else and will call us back in 15-20 minutes. Then hours later or days later we call them again, because they never returned the call as promised. Don't waste your money having this company install a new roof, unless you don't mind it raining inside your house.Review from Mike D

Find another company and save yourself the headache and money Or enjoy the bulky, ugly, PVC wrap they put over completely rotted wood and call it window trim. When I showed that the contract said wood replacement and the salesperson and I discussed both, inside and exterior trim- They had the genius solution to tell me theyll peel back the pvc wrap but whatever is found underneath was my responsibility to change out with a different contractor because they replaced the rotted parts the installers came out, I asked if they replaced any wood whatsoever, and they said no. Not rotted parts, not a single thing. I was told a dozen times, the pvc wrap is what we do, that is our window trim come to find out the installers didnt know the ** ***** was feeding customers and told me they had the proper amount of azek in the trailer from a different job.Were squared away thanks to the installers that one day and no thanks to *****. I dont need anything from Nescor but this is a warning for buyers- stay away. So help me God if this company tries coming on here wasting more of my time to dispute objective wrongdoings, Ill throw up photos I have to prove everything, screenshots of emails back and forth, and a lot more complaints about the process (I just picked the one that bothered me most I left out many). To Nescor and the buyers- dont waste your time.Review from Tim m

Terrible business I was lied to to many times They were supposed to come out to replace my screens snd fix broken window yesterday i was originally told that my neighbor can meet them there because i have to work i never got a phone call i had to call them to find out there are not coming Because no they claim the neighbor can't because i have to be there I was told my neighbor can do it. whenever there were supposed to come out to install they were 2 hours late they never deliver on time And if they can't make it they don't even call I have a busted window and missing screen i need fixed always excuses I hReview from Debra G

This does not even deserve one star! Took advantage of a senior citizen with pricing but I had no choice to finance. Install two sliding glass doors by people that didn't even speak English which started the whole frustrating issue. Sloppy work. One sliding glass door has had issues from the get-go.. John H***** the sales person told me if I need anything going forward to contact him with any type of problem. Construction manager Brian came out a couple of times to look at the issues and try to have them repaired. He told me not to contact John H***** because now he and I are friends for life with their warranty . Still not going right I have called him he is now ignoring me. Call in to speak to John H***** and was just told he was on the other line, I left a voicemail. Did not call me back, I called back only to find out that another agent told me he is out of the office for a couple of days. This company lies to you. They get your money and then they could care less about issues that you have with their products. It really is true I read some of the reviews and people saying the same exact review for their customer service which is absolutely horrible! You have a construction manager, Brian at your home while he's on the phone cursing out afinancial agent, Cindy because she keeps going in and bothering another person in their office was totally unacceptable and inappropriate.. they will get their day in court! I have no choice but to contact legal authorities.... I am left with a screen door that will not slide and is stuck and construction manager knows about it but obviously it's not going to do anything.. sliding glass doors are very hard to open and close because they are not sliding correctly and they could care less about Pat as well even though they came to adjust which was still not helpingNESCOR Response

In response to Ms. G******* review. First and foremost, we did NOT take advantage of a senior citizen. We have been in business for many, many years and have customers of all ages. I would like to point out that it would be discrimination to have not offered our products and services to Ms. G****** based on her age, which is not our practice. Not to mention, the individual she has been dealing with, John H*****, is a senior himself, still happily working at age 70. She was unhappy that he had been unable to return her call in what she thought was a timely fashion, even though she had been told that he had a death in the family and would be out of the office for a couple of days for bereavement. I don't think it unfair to allow an employee to grieve and we didn't want to insert a new individual to deal with Ms. G****** so felt it was best to wait for John's return. As far as the installers not speaking English, again we do not discriminate, and it sounds like a personal problem with Ms. G****** and foreigners. As a matter of fact, our General Manager is a Cuban immigrant himself. We have tried and tried again to make Ms. G****** happy. We have been trying to work with her to get her screen door to operate the way she wants it to, even though my service techs say it's working properly. The last time we were out she gave our service tech a 5 star review and signed our service completion form which states she is satisfied. She has called our office swearing at our receptionist, sent John H***** a text to have our office "stop calling her", and has been rude to everyone she encounters over the phone. Which is it? Call and abuse my employees or allow contact with us to again, try and make you happy with a product that is working correctly. I do know she is waiting on one part (a screw cover) that I can't make get here any faster than it is. Maybe she has heard on the news that there is a supply chain issue due to Covid and we can't readily get parts as quickly as we once did. As far as bad reviews, we have hundreds of thousands of customers, and it would be unrealistic that we are not going to get the occasional bad review. Even so, we always do our best to make homeowners happy and answer every complaint that comes into the office.Customer Response

Total BS on their part but definitely to be expected! If they would take the time to have someone come out again they can see that the installers did not properly install the frame around the door on the outside. We have had heavy winds up in our area for days and the awning has been lifting up with the wind because the installers put another screws on one side of the Frame and put chew on the other side. Omar was the only nice one that came out and fixed the screen door. The problem now is the frame was not properly installed on the inside. It appears every time you call these people because you have an issue and they will not except any photos because I have tried and asked Brian, the construction manager or whatever his title is tells me it is not necessary. How else can I prove the issues? I spoke to Brian last week on the past issue and he still has not returned the phone call as to when someone will be out to fix the issue with the frames not being screwed in on both sides of the doors. I don't make up this it is clearly visible and because he will not except any photos, it is very frustrating because it is not my fault that there is one issue one right after the other. I trusted them that the installation would go smoothly and obviously it did not. The installer did not understand me or pretended that he didn't. Omar told me directly that he understands English he just chooses to pretend that he doesn't so again, that is not my problem. Again I will say that they are very polite to you, then they get your money and whenever there is an issue they give you attitude. Yes, I have been very frustrated with them and if I was not my attitude would have been a lot nicer. They supposedly have a lifetime warranty that if anything goes wrong I was tall to call Brian directly.
As far as John H***** goes, I called one morning and whoever answered the phone told me that he was on another line and that she would have him call me or I could be connected to his voicemail. I waited and waited and no phone calls. I called again and that is when I was told that he was out on bereavement. They do not communicate in that office and they tend to tell little white lies to the customers would definitely not appreciated.. I will say it again, John H***** told me to call him no matter what! When I told Brian the construction manager that he told me not to deal with him anymore and that he and I would be lifetime friends because he is in control of the repairs and installation that John has nothing to do with it. I get the runaround every time I call them I get passed off to different people and that is not right! I suspect they will come back with another version of another lie so they can say what they want to hand. I would never ever recommend them to anyone and I am very sorry that I ended up having the work done from them. If you read other reviews on Google or their Facebook page you will see that there are many many customers that totally agree with me as far as customer service politenessReview from Robert D

I bought windows from Nescor about four years ago and already have round rainbow spots on most of them, these were supposed to be quality windows. I will be contacting them directly and hope to get this resolved
