So we had bought an engagement ring beginning of 2022. We were told it was hannoush original. So handmade by them! As we were told it's warrantied for life as long as we keep up with the year inspections, and we have! Had some diamonds lost on the band part and it was fixed! Happened a 2nd time and it was fixed again for nothing! Then I went around March of this year to have my inspection and notice a couple months later that again there were 2 diamonds missing on the band part! So we went back and the guy that was helping us tried saying that it's because of the size of my ring! Then said the diamonds could have gotten loose from the day I had it inspected and then cleaned that day! Then proceeded to say there was nothing he could do for us! So we left and got ahold of the gentleman that we had originally bought it from! He had us bring it back and there was no charge on the paperwork I received that day because it's a hannoush original! Then we got a call a week later stating on a message that we had to pay $325 for it because of the new management! I was in shock! What happened to the warranty? We ended up going there to talk about this situation and again was told we had to pay $275 for it now because management is all over him! So we brought up the whole hannoush original warranty and he said I know and I'm sorry. I had no choice! We are appalled at this situation! This company should not say one thing then do another! It's false advertising. And we would like our money back and will never do business with this company again! It's really upsetting getting lied to!Business response
