I am writing this complaint on behalf of *************** at his request since he is not fluent in English The above company and *************** had a buisness agreement to provide lawn care for pest control. This service concluded after one season as far as *************** recalls. He expressed to the company that he does not wish to renew these services further. However the company seems to have been to hoa property UNINVITED , sprayed and has been demanding payment since. This account has been in collections since. Please be advised that *************** has no intention of paying for services he did not attain so please stop demanding payments regarding this account Thank.youBusiness response

To Whom it may concern,
**************** was customer in 2023, he did express he was not happy with the outcome of the lawn. There were persistent weeds still in the lawn. Our service managers made three separate visit to treat for weeds and expressed to **************** as first year customer it would take time to control the weeds, along with filling in bare areas of the lawn will help thicken the lawn and keep the weeds away. At each one of these visits our service manager either met with **************** to discuss the lawn or called **************** to discuss the condition of the lawn. We recommended several times seeding and increasing mow frequency to help thicken the lawn which would help keep the weeds down. At no point during any of those visits did **************** express he did not wish to continue in 2024.
We have no email, phone or text messages from **************** stating to discontinue services in 2024. We sent three separate renewal forms,two in the mail and one through email. The email renewal was sent on 1/12/24 stating the 2024 year was scheduled with a prepay offer, **************** opened that email, but never emailed back or called stating he did not wish to continue (as screen shot of that email will be included, the green check **** indicates the email was opened), furthermore an email and text message was sent to **************** on 4/5/2024 stating we would be out for the first application of the season. These were also not responded too stating he did not want us to come. We inform all of customers in our renewal if we do not hear from you, we assume you would like to continue. We only heard from **************** when an email and call went out for and overdue balance on 5/3/2024 at which point he stated he never signed back up with us and was not going to be paying his bill for the first application. At that point his account was canceled and placed into collections due to nonpayment. Had he reached out prior to application we would have canceled his application as it is not our desire to do work for any customers who do not wish to have our services.Initial Complaint

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. These guys don't show up and they still bill you. They were contracted by ********** to restore my lawn. They said they came out 2x a year for 2 years. I'm home all day, my dogs bark every time someone enters my yard plus I have cameras all over the house. They never came. They told ********** they did and cashed the checks. Look at pictures below. Does that look like someone came out 4 times to kill weeds and plant seeds? If so do you really want to give them $ to make your yard look like this???Business response

We were contracted through ********** to Fertilize and treat weeds in late October of 2021. We performed two services on November 1st a blanket weed control and fertilizer.
In 2022 ********** again contracted us to third services. A preemergent for crabgrass, blanket weed control and early summer fertilizer. This was their request to preform these services as they seeded a section of Mr. *********** **** from power line work. These services were preformed on 3/31/22, 4/28/22 and 6/6/22.
In 2023 ********** requested we preform one application the spring, a fertilizer with crabgrass preemergent.
Of the three years we have been preforming services on Mr.*********** **** we have preformed four fertilizers and two weed control applications and under the instructions of **********. These services fall well short of even our most basic services and we could not guarantee any success of controlling weeds on the property without being on the property all season. In 2023 when he left us a one-star review, we were not even contracted the treat weeds that season as ********** was planting grass that spring. From the emails with our contact at ********** ***** ************, they were having issues with *********************** watering the seed causing their efforts to plant grass unsuccessful.************************ also claimed that we planted seed, which was not contracted from us and was performed by **********.
We do not feel the results on Mr. *********** **** reflects our work as we were doing the services at the request of **********. We have not had any contact with ************************ and we did not even know he was unhappy; we would have been more than happy to come out and retreat weeds if he had requested. This week our service manager Bryan C and Jason went out to Mr.*********** **** to meet with him and ************************ did not show up for the meeting to discuss how to improve the **** and next steps.
We have given ********** a quote for a full program to restore Mr. *********** lawn but we have not heard back from them if they would like to move forward with that program.Initial Complaint

allways had a nice yard decided to hire someone to get as nice of a yard as i could have there price was competetive so i paid for the year in advance half way through the sumer i had more weeds then i ever had when i called they sent someone out he sprayed a week later all weeds were back i called they sent someone out he sprayed and said this would kill evereything killed the grass but not all the weeds now i have huge dead areas in my yard when i called and asked what the plan was i recieved a check for 26 dollers in the mail i caled and the person i spoke with chuckled and told me they thoughed i was done with them the 26 dollers was for the last treatment i paid for in addvance he told me some would put togethera plan and get back to me waited 3 weeks no call backBusiness response
