I purchased a vehicle from this dealer at the end of August, right away I began having issues and after going back and forth with the dealer and telling them I will file a BBB complaint they finally agreed to repair the vehicle at no cost to me. I received the car back end of November and was told all issues with the vehicle including the replacement of the motor, the same day I received the car back I noticed it still was not driving correctly so I called the dealer back and they picked up the car and now saying the vehicle now needs a transmission replacement. The dealer is going to do a vehicle buyback, I paid 3 months of payments to ********* bank on this car in the amount of $380 each and never had the vehicle in my possession. The dealer did provide a loaner car while they were fixing my 2017 Lincoln MKZ for approx $23,000 but I feel in good faith the dealer should owe me back my 3 payments I made on the vehicle that I will now not have any longer. I was sold a 2017 Lincoln MKZ by this dealer that had multiple issues with it and needed two major repairs, the engine and now the transmission along with a few other things. The dealer provided me with an SUV loaner and at one point also loaned me a pickup truck which I felt uncomfortable driving and is costing me more money in gas than if I had the sedan I purchased from them, the dealer is refusing to pay me the 3 month payments I made and I would like some help on how to move forward and seek the money from there.

My wife's vehicle was diagnosed on July 28, 2022 as having a bad transfer case that was in need of replacement. The transfer case was replaced with a brand new transfer case from another GM dealer (Diamond in ******, **). This did not solve the problem. We called to have a refund of the diagnosis fee for improper diagnosis ($171.23 paid). The dealership would not refund the fee. We are seeking reimbursement of that fee paid as the issue was misdiagnosed.

We were able to address this issue internally, refund for diagnostic has been issued to customer.
