      I contracted United Site Services to empty my 5th wheel's tanks weekly. I told them that I needed to know what day they would come each week or needed the same day every week as the RV gate is closed unless it needed to be open so our dog could not get out. They agreed. I was told that Monday they would empty my tanks. No one showed Monday, I called and they came later in the week. That was in August 2021. Since then they have missed 3 weeks of emptying as they never come the same day as requested. They have showed up in different days without any warning so the tanks don't get emptied as there is no one home to open the gate. I have called many time and am told operations will call me the same day and they have NEVER called. Most recently, whoever answers the phone said she would check the schedule on Friday and let me know what day I am scheduled for the following week. She told me I was on Friday the next week but no one showed. My tanks are all overflowing and we LIVE here!

      I ordered a port a toilet to be delivered on , marking the spot to place to portatoilet with a colored flag. The item was delivered, dropped at the end of the driveway partially on town land and was not level. I called several times for it to be moved then called several times for it to be removed, all responses were ignored. I am not paying for a service that was not provided.

      This issue has been ongoing for almost 6 years now. Every time we believe it will be resolved, someone else is assigned to our account. We have restrooms that are not serviced and are marked as being serviced. We have paid for hand sanitizer in our restrooms yet there is no sanitizer in the restroom. We have requested several meetings, sent out numerous emails (well over 600) regarding the service and the deplorable conditions under which our employees are subjected to. This is and has always been an issue of health concerns for our staff. The issue is not money, we have no issue paying what is due, but I can not approve invoices for services not received. And every time we try to resolve the issue its all smoke and mirrors. I have requested several times to speak with corporate regarding our concerns and we are ALWAYS referred back to district managers or operational managers who don't resolve the issues on our project. At this time I feel corporate should resolve this ongoing issue.

We have over 100 calls that both myself and the superintendent of our project have made (documented) with no response as well as the over 600+ emails with zero response. (documented) This has been ongoing for 6 years now with ZERO resolution on behalf of United Site Services. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2021/10/01) */ Our Director of Sales and Area Manager met with the customer today and worked through previous issues and determined a solution moving forward.
