Absolutely horrid company. Originally charged me 1145.36 for our event last may and paid on the phone with a credit card. . All of a sudden We got an addition charge of $531.52. Not once but 3 times I spoke on the phone with agents and they all said they would investigate the difference. I tried emailing them and sent them the statement showing I was paid in full. I was told 2 times they would investigate and get back to me. They never did. They eventually threatened me with sending to collections so I paid because I do not want my credit hurt, but I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I will urge everyone I know to not use this company and I will continue to fight them until my money is returned to me.Review from jordan t

I would strongly recommend not using United Site Services. I have had nothing but issues with them. My portapotty was scheduled for weekly cleaning and week after week it was never cleaned. When I called I was constantly told the gate to my site was locked even if staff members were on-site the entire day that United Site Services was open. At no point did they call to figure out was going on, they simply charged me without performing any work. Even now I'm struggling to get them to send me my invoices so I can pay it and be done with them. You will regret hiring this company!Review from Rachelle C

We have had so many problems with this United Site Services after they purchased the company we had been using previously. Do not use them. The biggest issues that I have with them is attempting to resolve any questions or issues you may have. The customer service employees are unable to call anyone in management...everything is done via email. I have been attempting to resolve a dispute on an invoice for 3 months now and they are now threatening to send me to collections even though I have placed inquiries on this invoice multiple, multiple times over email and phone (sometimes twice a day). I am always told the same thing...they are sending the request to credit and I should give it 24-48 hours to hear back. I NEVER hear back. Highly, highly unprofessional. We have, of course, moved on to another company. I entreat you to spare yourself many hours of frustration and do NOT use this company.United Site Services Response

Operating a jobsite with a temporary trailer, we have had a septic tank for about 2 months now, the first time they show up and the driver is yelling at all of the people on the site to move their cars. Even when people tried moving their cars he continued yelling at people and running around our jobsite entrance yelling at workers. Driver was rude and had no patience for the 5 minutes it took to move cars so he could pump the tank.Review from Brian H

I have been trying to schedule a pick up of 2 portable toilets since 6/28/2023. My team and I have contacted the Untied Site services answering service 7 times trying to get the units picked up. So far the units are still onsite. They also stopped servicing them and we are now receiving complaints from the public about the horrible sanitary conditions. Since United Services uses a 3rd party contractor for all customer service I cannot contact the company directly. I was told by the contracted customer service person they can only send a message. I've even tried calling their employment number hoping to successfully contact the company. At this point I'm calling and messaging every possible option as I have no way to get these units removed. I highly recommend you do not do business with United Site Services.Review from Bambino N

Their customer services folks are nice enough but every time I've had an issue (billing, services, basically anything), I've had to reach out several times to get it resolved. And half the time the next sales rep I talk to doesn't seem to know anything or see anything on my customer sheet about my issue. Last summer we had issues getting the potty serviced so they did end up crediting us - after much hubbaballoo. But even then, they messed up the amount, they messed up invoices, they were supposed to refund our credit card but kept giving us credit memos on our account (which aren't helpful when you don't want to do business with them). They are just a mess. I ended up settling on an amount that I guess made sense to refund us (although I think it should have been more, but they changed invoices behind my back without consulting me and none of the sales reps could figure it out either). Anyway, I thought we we're settled but somehow we get a collections notice in the mail without anyone even telling me we owed money, BECAUSE WE DIDN'T! They owed us money and still sent some random/incorrect amount to collections. I worked through with a sales rep to land on an amount they owed us. They wouldn't refund the card so they said they'd mail a check in December. Mind you, the money they owed us was from services not rendered in JULY, they "mailed" a check in December. It is now May and NO CHECK! I've been emailing with the same sales rep (about 20 correspondences since December) She looped in her supervisor - he has not responded once. She looped in the Refunds team - no response from them. I guess we just aren't getting the money they owe us. It's not worth my time or energy to take this to small claims court. But wow, horrible business practices. Sales reps are nice, but not helpful. Management, Refunds, and and Billing departments not even sure if any humans actually work here. Just give me my money. AWFUL, AWFUL SERVICE. ON SITE SERVICE DOES NOT SHOW UP AS AGREED. CORPORATE SUPERVISORS GIVE LIP SERVICE TO CORRECTING THE PROBLEM BUT DO NOTHING.United Site Services Response

*********************** and ************************************* from the local branch have put ************************* customer on a priority list. ****** went through the entire account and services with ********************* the Operations Manager. In the past month, the account was moved on occasions within the same week as she is only once a week service for her one portable. **** has been made aware to not move her services moving forward. We are going to provide a credit for the past months service as a way to work with ***** and show her our commitment to our service.

I operate one of the yards for a garbage company you definitely know. These guys have promised cleaning for 3 months but only stop in to pump once in a while.No one in our company is brave enough to use it and we are garbage guys. This company is a rip off. If you operate a business trust me. Save yourself and run.
