Empire Management sent a company to my house and charged me for work I did not authorize. I was told to contact builder. The supervisor for the builder was on site and assured me siding installed properly. If you look at their loghow is it possible work was authorized if I was not contacted for months. Why would I authorize work if I was told to contact the builder? Months later They told me that someone was on site looking at siding on other houses. I told them I was at work but they could take a look. I never authorized work. I was never told anything was wrong. I was never quoted for anything. I did not authorize vendor or approve vendor. I just thought they were sending someone to look because other people in the neighborhood had issues as well. They continue to charge late fees after multiple emails. Management companies can not take advantage of people like this. Now we have switched to *************** Management in ******** ** and they pushed this **** over to them.Business response

Hello, The owner has attached emails telling us to remove the fee, this does not provide proof that we were told not to do the work. Two of the other attachments are the work order history, which show ******* requested the work be done. We did also add to this log that the builder was contacted and her warranty was up, therefore they would not repair. Empire did not take advantage, we actually did what was requested by the owner, and communicated this every step along the way. We are talking about a $125 charge, that we have no received payment for after almost 9 months.
