      In Dec. of 2023, we reached out to the company to start planning. After two months, we still received no response. We emailed explaining the situation and had a response within an hour. We then received constant communication for the following days and received the contact info for our Photo, Video, & DJ In April of 2024, we reached out again to resolve our unresponsive vendor issue. We were met with an email stating our DJ & Photo vendors had changed and that we couldnt book our consultations until 3 weeks before the wedding. At 3 weeks, we received an email to book a consultation with the Operations Manager, Cayce M*******, NOT the individuals working our wedding. On our wedding day, Daniel K******** (CEO) met us at our venue, coordinating all pictures and videos taken. We had a horrible experience with our DJ, Ed S******, due to his lack of experience. He announced our bridal party incorrectly, played sad music during our reception, and refused to take requests from guests. That was until I had multiple people tell me what was happening, and I had to ask him to not be disrespectful to my guests and play music they were requesting because he was doing a terrible job.The day after the wedding (5/4), my husband and I requested a phone call with *** to discuss our issues with the *** At that point *** offered us a free wedding album. Being satisfied with his resolution, we went on our honeymoon. We came home 2 weeks later (5/17) to 300 photos, a 3 minute trailer, and 9 minute video of our wedding day. Fast forward 2 weeks later (6/3), we contact *** to receive an update on our wedding album. We sent him all the photos we wanted in the album on 6/4. It is now 7/13, after multiple attempts to receive an update, we still have not received an answer. After my attempts, my mom tried. *** answered her 1st text. When she had asked him for an update, we received crickets. We are very disappointed in their business practices.
