      I am rejecting this response because: my account was billed again after the dates stated in the response, I have included a screen capture of the transaction and date. I had to dispute this with my bank. My account is STILL being charged.

      Good morning, 

      Your membership was cancelled on the 14th of the month. Per your membership agreement, is it required that you cancel on or before the 10th of the month to avoid being charged on the 17th.

      When our billing company attempted the draft on the 17th, it was reversed due to insufficient funds in your bank account resulting in the $32 overdraft fee from your bank that came out on 12/19 as shown in your screenshot. That fee must be disputed with your bank, not with us. 

      The $35.05 that was billed on 12/22 was a resubmit of the dues that we should have received on the 17th. The resubmit was successful. However, since it was a late payment, a $10 late fee was added... $25.05 + Late Fee of $10 = the $35.05 shown in the screenshot. 

      That was your last owed monthly payment to us. Your membership is cancelled and you won't be charged further.

      This planet fitness allowed me to sign up online but does not allow me to cancel online or on the phone. They require a written letter to cancel. I want full reimbursement for the time and cost of that letter since they are using shady business practices. This is absolutely hypocritical and borderline scamming. Please cancel my membership immediately or send me a stamped returned address envelope with cancelation letter.

      Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/09/29) */ Good Morning Atom, Reviewing your agreement it appears that you did sign up in the location and initialed the understanding of the cancellation policy. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but the certified letter or in person cancellation is to protect the consumer to ensure the membership is cancelled correctly. As for a reimbursement the membership was cancelled on 09/13/21 and there are addition charges.
