I am writing because my husband purchased 5 tickets to ****************** last year. We received a voucher due to weather cancellation. I am trying to re-book with voucher info and I am receiving a message coupon doesnt exist. The original email said to rebook for 10/31 which was not possible at that time. ****** contacted a representative and I was told that I could use the voucher for the upcoming year . I spent a lot of money for my family to attend this event last year and was informed that the money wouldnt be wasted because I could use it this year. Im not sure if the customer service calls are recorded but I would like someone to look into this and offer a resolution to the issue. It is very unsettling that I was given misinformation considering the amount of money I spent. I will provide the receipts I have for further investigation. My husband has tried to contact via phone and has not received a return call.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Multiple attempts were made by me to contact this business via email and phone number. No one ever answered the phone nor did they return mine or my husbands voicemails . The attraction is almost closed for the season and the 5 tickets and over $200 will be lost.Business response

Nashoba valley sold tubing tickets for a date and collected the money. Less than 48 hours later they closed the mountain due to weather and promised a credit for another date. They refuse to give refunds even when they cancelled. They sent an email cancelling with no credit available to us and they have no other dates and times available currently to Book. I paid for 2 tubing tickets for February vacation and bought these tickets ahead of time and within 48 hours they cancelled and have not sent a credit to rebook. I spoke to someone who stated they could not offer a refund or even to book over the phone a date for Friday because now they are sold out. I have to wait until 5 pm to receive a possible credit through email for the rest of the week. Their no refund policy is clearly stated however they promised to give a credit and they have not done that in a timely manner leaving my family and I no option to rebook our tubing time. All tickets for tomorrow (Thursday) are sold out already. I believe that this is a purposeful attempt to deceive the customer and force the customers book at a time outside of Feb vacation when most families cant go. They have Friday appts only available today with out the credit promised I missed out on booking for the only day left on Feb vacation. Because of this businesses lack of prompt credit I am now requesting a full refund.Business response

A credit valid through 3/1/2023 was emailed that day. Sometimes they go to SPAM, Junk or promotions folders. We did not get any email bounce backs.

There no refund policy is clearly stated however they promised to give a credit and they have not done that in a timely manner leaving my family and I no option to rebook our tubing time. I believe that this is a purposeful attempt to deceive the customer and force the customers book at a time outside of Feb vacation when most families cant go. They have Friday appts only available today and they have sold out of those and with out the credit promised I missed out on booking for the only day left on Feb vacation. Because of this businesses lack of prompt credit I am now requesting a full refund. Attached are the current openings Thursday and Friday all other dates are blacked out.Customer response

I booked a Snow Tubing Ticket for 4 players on January 2, 2022, Total Price is $156.00. However, the Ski Area emailed me that they will not open the Ski Area or Tubing Park on January 2, and sent me the coupons which will expire on March 31, 2022. I replied to their email to ask for the refund, because we do not live in MA. I just came to ****** to travel and will leave by plane after Jan 2. I will not return to this place in the future. Therefore I want to apply for a refund, and I didn't get any response. Then I tried to call the Ski Area, but the staff told me they couldn't give me the refund and hung up on me. I need BBB help for this situation.Customer response

He has received a refund. However, our policy is very clear, no refunds for any reason, if you cannot attend or we close for any reason a voucher will be issued to rebook your experience for any date we operate during the current season.Customer response
