Today June 13th I saw an ad online for a car I wanted .I called the business and made an appointment to come look and test drive car when I get there I never see the car they say its in back but we need to do paper work first .before running my credit I asked can I see the car before I run my credit because I didnt see it when I got here and in case Its not here I dont want anything else .I believe they bait and switched me and the car was never there because they swore it was but couldnt find it right now so I said please dont run my credit Im leaving I believe you guys lied to me about the car even being here and by the time I got home I had 6 inquires and I never signed or gave verbal permission for anyone to do anything like that

I cannot complain about the personnel at this dealership. They also have a great selection of whatever you are looking for. I was helped by *** the salesman and he explained everything well. But, the circumstances and the current sales environment, along with intertest rates killed this deal. Just be aware that the list price you see is with a trade in. If you do not, add 3k. And, forget about the payment calculator on site. It is way off. My deal should of came in at about ****** a month. My fico score which I just checked is 761. I went in to buy a Dodge Ram 2012. listed for ********* I had no trade in so they tacked on another 3k. I was willing to give ******* as a down payment. So, a little adding comes out to, financing *********. Work sheet was brought back to me 60 months at ******, which comes out to $21,360.00. I gets up and says see you later. *** asks me, this is how you negotiate. No sense beating a dead horse when it is dead to start. I walked out.
