            BBB unable to locate business
            We ordered a Bingo Machine from Abbott in October of 2021 and was told 10-12 weeks delivery. Many attempts were made to obtain a shipping status from Abbott, with little success. Finally in Early March they told us our Machine had shipped and we should have it within 2-3 days. The Tracking number they provided was actually for someone else's equipment and not ours. Since then, I've been informed that Abbott is out of business. The problem is that they took $8,999 our of our bank account in October of 2021 and have never delivered the equipment. What recourse do we have in recovering our money? I'm a trustee for VFW Post #3055 in ST. Louis Michigan which is who we ordered the equipment for. It took quite a few years to build up $9,000 to purchase this equipment and now it appears as though Abbott has taken our money!! Attempts to contact them have failed. Please advise.

            I wouldn't recommend this business. I ordered a specific item from their online catalog and received a different item than shown. I reached out to the business twice with no reply in 1 week. I filed a complaint through PayPal and still have not gotten a response from the business. Their **************** do not provide a phone number to call to try to resolve my issue.Buy with caution that you may not get what you ordered. Also cheapest shipping costs for 2 small items were very high.
