I contracted mr.********************** to replace my heating system is october of 2022 as my heat suddenly stooped working. At that time temperatures were in the 30's and i was living with my wife and 3 year old son and we needed our heating system replaced immediately. I spoke to Mr. ********************** and explained to him the urgency of the situation and he assured me he would be able to replace the system in a timely matter. I paid a 50% deposit $4000 to contract him to work for me on October 08, 2022. He stated he would come on October 24 to replace the unit and on the appointed day he began giving excuses about his van breaking down. Every time we were to reschedule he would come up with some reason as to why he couldn't make it. I began to lose faith that he had any intention on fixing the heat in a timely manner and patience was running thin as our heating system was still down. I told him I no longer desired to do business with him and that I would like a refund. I was within the required time frame per his contract to request a refund and he agreed that he would refund the money within 90 days. It is now January 30,2023 and i have made numerous attempts to contact of which he has not replied to. He still has not refunded our deposit nor made any contact regarding doing so.Initial Complaint

An ac unit was installed April of 2021 and per the invoice the overflow pan was included in the price of parts and labor. Unit was serviced for a tuneup by HomeServe on 4/11/2022 and they found that this company did not install the overflow pan which could have caused water damage if unit had leaked/overflowed between the date of installation and the tuneup check. I paid for the overflow plan and I am seeking reimbursement for the cost of this item and cost for someone else to install this. I do not want this same company coming back and installing the missing item. I called them twice , on 4/11 and left message with a secretary and again on 4/13 and left another message. These calls were not returned. I provided the secretary who took the message both invoice numbers, #**** and #****.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. There have been no return calls from the company. It seems they are just ignoring the issue.
