I was looking to get a new roofing hammer for my partner for Christmas and happened upon Boston Industrial through a ****** search. I placed an order for the largest roofing hammer they had listed on their website and from the image provided it appeared to have a magnet and nail catch at the top of the head on the hammer. The order was placed November 22 for a total of $31.39. On November 28th my package arrived and it was a smaller hammer without the features I was looking for. I sent a message to the company asking for a refund or a replacement and offered to send the incorrect item back. **** had said to keep the incorrect item as their apology and they would be sending the correct item.December 11th I reached back out to **** because I had not seen the correct item yet, and he said he would check on the status of the order and ensure that it was shipped out. Eight days later - December 19th I had asked for a tracking number because the correct item had still not arrived. Yesterday I asked for an update or a refund, because I have not received any word about the status of my order. I have reviewed my credit card register online and a refund has not been issued. Christmas has come and gone and I was unable to gift this hammer. Ideally, I would like to receive a refund on this product.I have attached my email receipt at the time of purchase and the correspondence I had with **** about receiving the wrong product.Initial Complaint

I had ordered four products from this business and they only delivered two items and listed two as shipping a week later in a hand written note. All four items were on the packing list. I have been trying to get the issue resolved with the business but they no longer return my emails and give no information or attempt to correct the issue. Theyve received payment for all four items and Ive only received half of my order.Customer response
