I placed an order for 4 basement windows with Quality Window and Door on Thursday January 18th when they were at my home. I showed them that my windows were very damaged and in need of replacing soon. One of my windows completely fell out due to wind. The weather is freezing also. I paid the deposit of $500.00 via credit card. They then told me it would take up to 12 weeks to get the job done. I sent them a message today via text to notify them of my intent to cancel because I found someone who can do the work sooner. They argued with me about the weather etc and were very unprofessional. I am within the 3 business days required to cancel and they have not confirmed that they will cancel and refund my order. I sent an email and will go to their office with letter in hand tomorrow as it appears they are open tomorrow, Sunday January 21st. Please help. Thank youBusiness response
