I purchased a 2009 ****** Impreza from European auto sales at the beginning of June 2022. I made an agreement with the owner when purchasing the car that he would fix/ do an a/c charge for the vehicle. When I bought the car the a/c was not fixed I had to go back to get this done. While doing the paperwork the woman tried to tell me that "it doesn't cost much to get an a/c charge done yourself" when this agreement was already in writing. I brought the car back and the a/c was fixed as said in the agreement. Not even a month after owning the car I noticed a loud noise from the exhaust along with a tire pressure sensor indicator on my dash. There was a hole in the exhaust that needed to be patched. At this point, I already had my inspection sticker. Due to this, I was told "the car already passed inspection so they don't have to pay for it, and both of these issues are not safety related". I ended up getting the hole fixed for $140 at a place that does mufflers and exhausts. I was told they would give me only $40 towards this and would come back to the dealer to pick up a check. When I went to the dealer to pick it up, I was told to meet him there in 30 to 40 minutes when I showed up. He was not there. I called to ask where he was and he told me "I was late" when I said I wasn't he told me he was "sick" on the spot. I then had to come back to the dealer to get the check that he did not even put my name on. Now owning the car for three months I was told I need brakes and wheel bearings. I recently got the brakes done and only one of the front brakes was operating. They were completely rusted on and by no means safe. This cost me $400 out of pocket which should have already been done when purchasing the car. I will have to put more money in for the wheel bearings and I am so disappointed with this purchase. They do absolutely nothing to help their customers and clearly don't stick by their word.

first, I would like to say that the customer is lying about our agreement on fixing the *** ******* agrees to purchase the 2009 ****** Impreza for $295 off the original price. The original price was $7295 plus DOC $195 we give her the discount, she paid $6805 plus DOC FEE $195 total $7000, the discount was applied for her to fix the ** herself, we will upload the bill of sale that show that she agrees to fix the **.  couple days after we told her to bring the vehicle down to dealership that we can try to recharge the **. We did recharge the ** and ** was working properly at no COST to her. So, she did get a discount to fix the ** and we ended up fixing for her at no COST to her but a COST to us.  After that the vehicle pass inspection and she have 30 days based on lemon law. we have a policy with $100 deductible during the warranty period, she Know that and agrees to pay a $100 do fix the exhaust that has a leak after the vehicle passed inspection, that was a total cost of $140, so we gave her a check for $40. About the waiting for the check, nobody can tell in advance that is going to be sick that day, but I am really sorry for that waiting. we didn't know anything about the brakes and bearing until we received this complain, we were never notified that costumer had problems with the brakes and bearing, so how we could help if we didn't know about it. just reminding that the vehicle pass inspection, we fix the ** at no cost to her when customer agrees to fix herself (as you can see on the purchase and sales agreement), give her the difference of the amount was paid to fix the exhaust $40 and we were never notified about brakes and bearing that she needs 2 months after the warranty was over. We are really sorry about this customer frustration and will work on it to make sure that won't happen again, not forgetting that is impossible to predict what is going to happen to a used vehicle, but we do our best to stay behind our products.
