Throughout the dates of June/2021-Feb/2022 we paid a total of $3,460 for our daughter's competition cheerleading team. We paid $260 for an apparel fee, none of which she received. We also paid $150 per month for tuition fees ($1200) which in their own words "will include a one hour tumbling class per week" which would have been 25% of her classes. She did not receive these services and in their own paperwork she was to receive this instruction from "some of the industry's best tumbling coaches." We also paid a $2000 commitment fee which was to cover competition expenses which were to include "entry fees, choreography and music fees." However, All-American Gymnastics disbanded the team on or around March 4th, meaning that the team never even competed. This was due to issues with their coaching staff. Their own paperwork states that she would receive "expert training in a safe, fun and positive atmosphere" and "a professional, knowledgeable and caring staff who deliver excellent training while instilling values of teamwork, dedication, and cooperation." This was anything but a positive environment and caring staff as there was a revolving door of coaches. There were also incidents that took place as many times there were no gym representatives present. This allowed an adult to enter the gym during practice time and accuse the team of stealing, and also an altercation where a fist fight almost happened and profanities were being screamed in front of our minor child. My daughter and I also worked a fundraising event at the gym that was credited to our account months ago that they are now denying us credit for. For these reasons we are requesting a partial refund for services not rendered and goods not received for a total of $2447.50. Commitment fee $2000, Apparel not received $260, 25% of tuition $300. Subtotal $2560 less 75% of February tuition of $112.50. Total refund owed $2447.50 They offered $660 which we find unacceptable
