    My air conditioning of my **** ******* *** was working perfectly and then after my Transmission replacement service on 2/14/2023, it was no longer working. April 7,2023, returned my car, the A.C was not working. Received a phone call telling me that with a camera they found that there was a crack in the inner grill and the condenser was leaking. I said how did that happen, could have it happened when my Transmission was replaced and the response I received was no, the mechanic is a Master mechanic. I thought and said I never had a car accident but once I lifted my foot slightly off the brake and the car rolled and made contact with the car in front of me but there were no damages. The service rep says, oh that probably caused the damage and says this call is being recorded and you will have to go through your insurance company. The woman driving this car said, "this is my daughter's new car, although I see no damages I will file a police report for her". No claims were made. This incident was on 10/23/2021. Transmission replaced on 02/14/ 2023. No preexisting damages noted by mechanic in his full body description of the transmission replacement service.Have documentation of full body transmission replacement service ( no damages and the info on the police report for the minor accident/ no damages/ no claims.

    I brought my Ford Edge to Balise Ford in Wilbraham on 4/2/24 for an oil change. During the oil change they told me I needed to replace the brakes because it was missing some covers on both front sides. So, I asked can you just order the covers whatever that meant instead of ordering the brake pads? They said no because they don't sell the covers without the brake pads. I was thrown back a little but because I am not a mechanic I agreed to it. Well after 5 minutes they called me saying that I needed to change the lug nuts on some of the tires because they were stripped. Again, I said OK to replaced them. Well, when I went to pick up my car I got hit with a $720 dollar bill. I asked why so much, and they said the lug nuts are $12 each and there was 20 of them. I was like WHAT?? You mean $240 on lug nuts? That's insane. Well, I paid it and took my car to PA a month later and driving to and from every time I stepped on the brakes the whole car shook so bad that I was scared I was going to have an accident, so I brought my car in again on 5/29 till 5/31 and they said that my rotors were bad and because I didn't change the rotors a month ago it damaged the brake pads. I told him you guys never told me to change the rotors. You guys are the mechanics and not me - but obviously they are playing mechanic's and not real ones. Well, I decided to voice my complaint to Brianna the Manager which now I don't think she was the manager. She had a smirk in her face and only apologized for the errors they had done on their part but didn't even make the effort to make it better. I expressed how rude the lady over the phone was when I asked for an update on my car. In April they had my car for 4 days just to do an oil change and brake pads. No loaners no nothing. Now they had my car for 3 days and was charged $331 for diagnostics and nothing was done. Point is these FOOLS don't have an idea of what they are doing and is ripping people off with their make-believe work. DO NOT GO THERE.
