I leased an Ioniq 5 from them in June and they kept me there for a long time to negotiate the down payment and monthly payment until I thought I could afford it. Then in September I got hit with a $766 "property tax" bill. I called up the hyundai motor finance and they told me to call the dealer. I called the dealer and the woman ridiculed me right away for "not knowing that I have to buy things and pay taxes on it?" and then kept interrupting me and yelling at me without even letting me say anything. It was literally the WORST customer services I have ever received! When I tried to explain to her that I live on a school campus and we don't pay property taxes she kept saying there is nothing she can do and yelling at me and then she hung up on me. I don't think I have been disrespected like this EVER when on the phone with a company I'm an active customer for. I called the town and they said 1) Hyundai made a mistake and it's an excise tax and not property tax, and 2) they have not sent the bill to Hyundai and don't even have my licence plate on file. I have literally never experienced this level of "scammy" feeling business. When I called the Hyundai Motor finance again they did say if they were never billed by the town then there is some error somewhere and they will look into it and asked me to call back in a couple of days. Regardless of whether I will pay this tax bill, this dealer's just terrible and I don't understand why they can't just be professional. I can't believe this is how they treat their customers, and I don't think it's too much for the salesperson to let the customers know ahead of the time that there will be a big excise bill coming because the starting price is high. But when I mentioned that, I got ridiculed, dismissed and yelled at. I leased with the McGovern ***** for three years prior and had a wonderful experience - with this McGovern Hyundai though I don't understand why they treat their customers so rudely!

Myself My wife and my father in law sat with ******** and she put an offer sheet in front of me, told you me the deal was subject to change if I didnt signed and put 1000$ down on a car in transit The car was supposed to be in the following Thursday on Saturday they called to say it was in , Monday we went up to do paperwork spoke to ******** about my trade in was billed , she told me it would have to come back from Hyundai cause OUR DEAL was already written , now the car I had put money down on had gone from 425 a month to 625 a month , they now claim I signed a piece of paper saying subject to change . Three people witnessed the sale girl tell me if we signed it was a deal at 425 with my deposit This is clearly bait and switch And this business is ripping off people , customers should be aware they do not honor their deals

My husband and I leased a car from this business in 2018 for our daughter. The lease was in his name and was up on October 1st. Sadly her father passed away the week before and we tried everything to buy out the car for her, even with a death certificate. Hyundai lease department was sometimes helpful but gave us incorrect information. The dealership was a nightmare and clearly they knew that they could put the car back on the lot and make a lot more money than her buy out price.They were unbelievably callous and were clearly keeping an eye on their bottom line to make money. They are incompetent and my family and I are outraged at all she had to go through with them. My daughter still has no car as everything seems to be grabbed up these days.Double zero stars if I could.
