The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

On 7/21/21 called about two leaking faucets and a running toilet. If unable to fix (due to age), I wanted to turn the valve off of one of the faucets. I wanted a professional evaluation. A young kid showed up and took pictures and in attempting to shut the valve off, did not turn main water source off first (until I suggested). I was told the valve was broken and once we determined if they could fix the leaky faucet (he had to show pics to his boss), they would come back and replace the valve. He attempted to fix the toilet, which started running again as soon as he left. I was charged $179 - nothing was ultimately fixed and no plumber was here. I waited a couple of days for a call back about the parts but when I didn't get a call, I called them to inform of the toilet still running. I asked if the person who came to the house was a licensed plumber and I was told " I don't know what to tell you, I just answer the phones." Despite multiple calls, no resolution/call back, no ETA.

We have called upon CMS Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling several times and are totally delighted with their service. Their service was outstanding because of their competency, courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to make every effort to solve our AC problems which they did with expert knowledge, skill, and efficiency.
