    I purchased a 4 pack of SYLVANIA Wifi LED Smart Light Bulbs in 60W full color on 5/9/21. One of the bulbs has already gone out. I wrote an email on 10/24 to the warranty address provided on the website, no response. Repeated attempts. I offered to pay for shipping, provided proof purchase, can't get a response. These bulbs are supposed to last over a year. They're expensive. And the company does not hold up their agreement it seems unless you file a complaint.

    I bought Sylvania Mosaic starter kit ***** from Amazon that was supplied by Ledvance according to Amazon and the two that I have ordered and received does not work, Amazon sent me a replacement of the same product and they don't work either. So Amazon is sending me a reimbursement of my purchas, since I was told that they are having a hard time contacting the supplier they gave me their number. When I talked the their support person, I was told that he would transfer me to the warranty ***** what I got was a message to leave my number and I would get a call back, I left my number but after 2 days I never got a call back. I called back and I was transferred to the supposedly warranty department, after explaining what my problem was with product that they are selling the person started asking questions to find out if I tried troubleshooting, I explained that I did all that I could to all the product that I have on hand, so he kept on asking questions like did I take out the plastic off the remote before using it, so I told him that I had mentioned that when I was doing my testing with the remote that the light on the remote was blinking when I press any button and pointing it to the controller next to the ac/dc converter and I did this to all 3 products that I have on hand. His solution was send it back to Amazon and ask for replacement, so I pointed to him that what I have are all replacement of my original purchase, so then he said that they can send me a replacement but I have to send the product that I have on hand and I have to pay for shipping, so I said what guarantee do I have that the product that they are sending will work, he said there are no guarantees on everything. I am not inclined to spend anymore money on this product if there are no guarantees that the product that I will receive is going to work.

    The units were purchased from Amazon and replaced by Amazon. Amazon is reimbursing you for the units that are not working. It would be unusual for six out of six units to not work, which is why the troubleshooting is required. We can offer prepaid shipping in order to test the products. If product is deemed defective, we will replace. Please send email to ************************************* Please include your name, address, and the receipt in the email, along with a description of the issue. Once we receive this information, we can process a warranty claim.
