I purchased a 4 pack of SYLVANIA Wifi LED Smart Light Bulbs in 60W full color on 5/9/21. One of the bulbs has already gone out. I wrote an email on 10/24 to the warranty address provided on the website, no response. Repeated attempts. I offered to pay for shipping, provided proof purchase, can't get a response. These bulbs are supposed to last over a year. They're expensive. And the company does not hold up their agreement it seems unless you file a complaint.Business response

We reached out to the customer's initial inquiry, asking her to confirm the model number of the lightbulb so that we can replace the item with the correct free of charge item. Response time varies greatly depending on email traffic.
