After I purchased several items at the ***** Skate Supply in ********** **, I noticed a 4% "non cash adjustment" fee. NO one told me about this before my purchase, and it wasn't noted at the store.I am livid at being duped by this practice-would have gone elsewhere if I knew I had to pay an extra 4% on top of my purchases without fair warning.Do all the stores in ********** practice this ?***************************Customer response

The owner called me / offers me a gift card/ but no real explanation as to why there was no transparency to the 4% extra transaction fee / unclear why Cookes can get away with it
