Levi ********************** gave my information to ***'s Home and now they constantly call all hours of the day and night marketing I have a told them multiple times to stop but they continue to email and call after telling them to stop I am reporting to BBB. She had called to complain about phone calls that she was receiving from our company. We have since discontinued her phone number and any kind of calls and or solicitations to that number once we res received word that she no longer wants these phone calls from us, so she will not be receiving any more phone calls. They came out and cleaned my gutters on 2/2 with no approval and are trying to charge me for my service.I have a screen shot where I told them on 1/22 I did NOT need my gutters cleaned but they came out while was at a funeral. I also have emails to their company address asking if they could clean them back in Mid December with no reply so had to find another cleaner After several attempts to reach them and o reply I had to hire a different company so my gutters were clean.Business response

*** Stevens is a gutter cleaner. I was not expecting them to come out as I had thought I was clear in my communication with them that I did not want anything to do with their business after aggressive upselling over the summer. They arrived at my home on Dec 2, 2023. A different company cleaned my gutters on 12/1/23. *** Stevens did not ever confirm that they were coming nor did they knock on my door as the technician stated he did. I heard the ladder hit my house and went outside to find the guy climbing up. I told him to stop. They had not started the cleaning. They removed the ladder. I contacted the company immediately. They are charging me for a job that did not happen. The technician submitted a report that they knocked and when I did not answer they completed the job. This is false. I have a dog who alerts to door knocking and bells. They also never entered my yard. Im being told they track by gps and will be billed for time spent so if technician idled near my house it looks like they completed work. I feel scammed.Customer response

Back in August or December of 2022, my elderly father was talked into getting an annual gutter cleaning service that wasnt needed. Only one side of my house has trees and they admitted (on-site and noted in the file) that they were unable to clean that side. There was nothing to clean on the opposite side but they still charged my elderly father for a cleaning and talked him into an annual gutter cleaning which was $140 a cleaning. I was told by customer service (on 6/7/2023) that they came out in December to clean the gutters and he was charged $140. Again there was nothing to clean and the supervisor noted they were unable to clean the side of my house adjacent to the trees. This is clearly a case of scamming the elderly.Business response

Hello. This is in response to complaint number 201 *****. We just wanted to follow back up. I am not really sure what the the person is complaining about. We were asked perform service. The customer called us. We only did what we were asked to do and then the scathing letter was sent to us and in the day, we just want to make our customers happy, but we want to be fair on both ends. They can always give us a call back. But this is for *** Stevens gutter cleaning again response, sorry, complaint 201 *****. Thank you
