Robbed. Unfortunately, it has been 3 full months since my 77-year-old mother paid ***** $4k as a down payment for installing a new door and frame on her home, and he has not even started the job. We all agreed this job was urgent for the safety of my mother's home. The job was estimated to take 2 days. Twice the job was scheduled and then ***** and his team never showed up; countless other times he has told me verbally and by text message that he would "get back to me in a day or two to schedule this" and he never followed up. We asked for the money back repeatedly starting 6 weeks ago and he said he would refund if he couldn't get the job done, but he has done neither the job nor the refund.Previously ***** did a $10K stair/decking job for my Mom and it went reasonably well after minimal delay.Now, he repeatedly sites that he's having trouble finding reliable labor that meets his standards. This would be understandable if the delay were a couple of weeks, but for a delay of 3+ months on a project that deals with safety of an elderly person, this is really wrong. It's clear that ***** has taken the money and is prioritizing other work.

***** coordinated some siding and gutter work on my rental home. Im happy to share that I was really happy with the final result and quality of work. His pricing was fair and high value now that I can see the final outcome.Throughout the process he was very communicative and in times he didnt pick up the phone, he always called back to return it.I will be using his services again.

******* business (X-Tend Contracting) is a scam. After over a year of lies and delays, I was forced to *****************, and won a judgment for $7,500 (maximum small claims award plus interest), even though he owes me more. He is still lying and delaying to avoid payment, so I will have to move onto the next legal step of enforcement to impound his business.On March 24, 2022, I signed a contract to redo our deck (remove existing boards but leave the structure intact and replace the boards). I paid a deposit of $6,750 (half the total cost), because ***** explicitly stated that he needed the money to order the material "that day, right after leaving" my house. This was the first of his lies: there is no evidence that he ever purchased supplies. When ******* workers removed the old decking on May 5, 2022, ***** called and made two more false representations: 1) the decking had arrived but he could not install it yet because the existing structure needed reinforcement; 2) he needed an additional $5,000 for reinforcing material, which I paid. Again, he never purchased ANY supplies. Since that time, NO work was done, while he continued to make fraudulent representations; on numerous occasions, he said very explicitly that both the decking and the reinforcing material had arrived but he could not schedule the installation because of a tight schedule (lies, lies, lies). This continued for months and months, and because he could not supply receipts proving that he had ordered the material, I contacted an attorney and sent a Demand Letter on October 17, 2022. The response was more delaying tactics and lies that continued into January of 2023. On August 7, 2023, the District Court of Woburn issued a judgment in my favor for $7,500. ***** just continues to lie and delay instead of paying up.

***** did some work for me in 2020. I've been calling him for over two years to replace a faulty door and repair peeling paint. He does not return calls, he does not return texts.After he takes your money, he just makes excuses and ducks you calls. I would not recommend.

My project was very complicated since I have a hill where I want to put a deck and stairs coming off it leading from my patio. The gentlemen that worked on my deck were ***** and ******. They were great and really know what they re doing- the carpentry is phenomenal! I LOVE my new deck!
