      We are happy to offer free online returns for orders placed on puma.com within 45 days of purchase. You may return your PUMA products* in their original, unused condition for a full refund.

      *Excludes gift cards, bodywear, face masks and customized products.

      Refunds

      Purchases made by debit or credit card (including pre-paid gift cards) and through PayPal will be credited back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a PUMA Gift Card, you will be issued a separate E-Gift Card for the refunded amount.

      Returns that have been properly initiated on us.puma.com and shipped from the US, Alaska and Hawaii will begin processing within 24 hours once the package is scanned by the carrier. Please note your financial institution’s return processing timelines before reaching out with any concerns regarding your refund.

      Returns that are unable to be initiated or processed through us.puma.com can take 2-4 weeks to process. This includes orders from U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico) and APO / FPO Addresses. Please make sure you select the right item you wish to return to avoid re-charging and delays in refunding.

       

       

      Return Exceptions

      PUMA does not accept returns on gift cards, customized products and bodywear including face masks. Custom products are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturing or material defects in which case you may contact Customer Service via phone or email for assistance.

      To make your holiday shopping easier, we're extending our return window. Orders placed on puma.com between November 25th, 2020 and December 25th, 2020 may be returned in their original, unused condition as late as February 28th, 2021. Orders placed after December 25th, 2020 will follow our normal return timeframe of 45 days after purchase. To initiate your FREE return, click HERE.

      Returns to PUMA Retail Stores

      You may return items purchased on puma.com to any PUMA store. Please bring the original form of payment and packing slip with you so you may be refunded. Purchases made by credit card will be credited back to that original card (including pre-paid gift cards). If you paid with a PUMA Gift Card, Apple Pay, or PayPal, then a PUMA Gift Card will be issued with the refunded amount.

      Orders paid for using Afterpay are not eligible to be returned in store at this time. Please initiate your return online within 45 days of purchase HERE. Reference our Afterpay FAQ page for additional details on the credit you will receive once processed.
