Scammers. They are hired as a third party appliance repair. What awful company. They fixed my refrigerator only to having the same exact issue a week later. They then refused to come back Stay away from them. Not worth the stress.Review from Kelsey D

If I could give 0 stars, I would. ****** has been broken for around 2 months. Our youngest son has diabetes so insulin must be stored in the fridge which poses a health risk. ******* referred us to these technicians. However, everytime we attempt the call, the receptionist refuses to provide us with proper customer service. The office claimed they sent someone out to diagnose yet they never came and put in no effort to reschedule.Review from Bryan H.

Wow! I've never been so impressed by an electronics repair person! ******* made my day! Our Bosch dishwasher is fixed! And Alpha NE Electronics will be my first call from now on for anything they're willing to service.Getting our oven, refrigerator, and washer/dryer fixed (by other vendors) has never gone smoothly. Every repair has taken multiple visits. I assumed this would be the same. But it was not!First, ******* ****** my problem in a single visit! What a relief!Second, he was delightful! Super knowledgeable. But also just really nice and helpful. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder to learn how to fix things myself. He explained things patiently to me while he worked, even though it was 5:00 and the end of his work day.I don't usually write reviews. But I'm happy to write this recommendation!Review from Howard W

The came out to service our Bosch dishwasher. The technician really didn't seem to know what he was doing. It was as if this was the first time he had worked on a Bosch dishwasher. He didn't seem to know how to get in there to change the pump. As he is wrestling with the machine, he put two scratches in our wood floor and then denied he did it. I suggest folks avoid this company.
